Q: When will you ship out my item(s)?
A: Ready to ship items will take 1-3 business days barring any local holidays. Made to order items will take up to 8 days to complete prior to being shipped out, depending on the quantity.
Q: How long will it take to receive my purchased items?
A: Regular Shipping will take about 9-15 business days to the USA/CAN; and approximately 11-20 business days for other countries; EMS shipping takes less time. You can always request an upgrade to Fedex or UPS shipping. During the months of November & December, the regular shipping time will take approximately 15-21 business days for all countries.
Q: Can I track my package online?
A: We will send you your package tracking number. Our packages are tracked through the INPOSDOM tracking system within the Dominican Republic and once it leaves the DR, we are still able to enquire about the whereabouts of the package through our postal service and be able to inform customers via email. Unfortunately, the INPOSDOM tracking is not available online for customers to check on their own, but we do advise our customers of the approximate date of arrival of their package via email once we ship and we do our best to track it from our end to make sure it gets to its destination. Once your package reaches your country, you will be able to check its status with your local postal service.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or do refunds. We will answer any question as best as we can prior to any purchase and pack our items as securely as we can prior to shipping them out. And we will do our best to settle any problems that might arise. If an item is broken when it arrives at its destination, we will replace it, but we need to be informed of its condition, complete with accompanying photos, within 24 hours of your receiving it.
When several items are purchased by one customer, all items will be shipped to one address, the shipping address stipulated by the customer.
We will fill out any custom forms as required by the Dominican Republic postal service. The customer/buyer is responsible for paying any customs, port or import taxes issued by their country.
We are not responsible for covering the costs of any other costs incurred by the customer's country. That is the responsibility of the customer/buyer.
We retain the right to refuse any order(s).
